The summer of 2018 was an amazing one in Berlin. Since mid April we've had fantastic weather and amazing sun sets almost daily.
I wanted to commemorate this by re-working one of my old paper craft illustrations called "La Isla Berlina" for which I created a tropical - sliiiiiiiightly kitschy - post card motive both out of paper and out of a photo of the view over Berlin from my window. (Yes! That sky is the evening sky I saw from the window next to my desk!)
